My firs time trying the Red Anjou Pear and it tastes just like the Green Pear.

dinner: niku-miso (miso flavored minced beef)

Ingredients
1/2 lb ground pork
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1.5 tablespoon miso
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon chicken stock
1 tablespoon ketchup
1.5 teaspoon minced ginger

Directions
1) Add sesame oil and beef to a small pan over medium-low heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
2) Add miso and sugar. Mix well. Cook for another 3 minutes over low heat.
3) Add water, ketchup, and ginger. Cook for 3 minutes for low heat.
4) Serve over rice.

Audrey Hepburn (born Audrey Kathleen Ruston; 4 May 1929 – 20 January 1993) was a British actress and humanitarian. Audrey Hepburn was a beautiful and elegant woman inside and out. She devoted the last years of her life to help others and she did it with poise and grace. I admire her not only as an actress but also as a humanitarian, for she went beyond her profession to extend her hands to others.

I will always remember you, Audrey Hepburn, a classic legend, a fashion icon and a warm-hearted humanitarian.
